It is with great sadness the Collingdale Fire Company No. 2 announces the passing of Dale E. Stroup. Mr. Stroup was a past President of Collingdale Fire Company No. 2 and a World War II veteran. He passed away on August 11, 2010 at Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Annville, PA. Mr. Stroup is survived by his son, David; granddaughter, Andrea; grandson, John; step-granddaughter, Mandy; and five great-grandchildren. Mr. Stroup was buried on August 17, 2010 at Fort Indiantown Gap Military Cemetery with his wife, Mary.
